WESTERVILLE DERMATOLOGY: Part-time File Clerk
Westerville Dermatology has a part time file clerk position available right now. They are open regular business hours, but are flexible about when this person works. They have hired several Otterbein Education students in the past so are used to working with and around student schedules. They really need someone who will work hard and honor confidentiality. Position: Interactive News Reporter, Traffic, photographer
Fulltime: 30-45 hours per week
The Bucyrus Radio Group team is looking for an energetic reporter that could adapt to front office
work as well. While the perfect candidate would have at least 1 year experience, journalism
classes or degree or broadcast certificate we are willing to keep an open mind for that person
that embraces small town life. Candidate will be asked to research stories ideas, compose, write,
record, edit and present them on air. Candidate will be expected to update our website regularly
with written stories and photos. The successful candidate will also work closely with the traffic/
billing department to bill, receive, generate logs and other duties as assigned.

assistant. Ohio Magazine is Ohio’s
premier travel and arts & entertainment magazine.
Some typical office responsibilities will include:

Support the daily operations of the office,
including greeting visitors, accepting and distributing mail and packages,
ordering office supplies and light troubleshooting of computers or printers as
needed.
·
Develop and update of promotional and sales materials.
·
Coordinate ongoing and promotional mailings.
·
Assist sales team to enter orders and collect print
and website advertisement via email, phone and in-person visits.
·
Represent Ohio
Magazine at consumer shows and festivals.
Required skills and experience:
