Media General Broadcast Group has an opening for a Broadcast Operations Controller for their Centralized Broadcast in Columbus Ohio. (MGBG - WCMH - TV4) This position is responsible for monitoring multiple station air signals for Media General, Inc. Applicants should have 2 years television or network operations center experience, strong technical and computer aptitude; Must be comfortable in a multi-tasking environment, have good decision making skills based on sound judgment, reasoning, and operational procedures. Effective written and oral communications are essential and must be able to work without direct supervision; also ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs. Will perform routine equipment maintenance when directed. Experience with Florical or other Automation and knowledge of FCC regulations is preferred.
