*Job Description: Data Memory Marketing, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of computer supplies, accessories and equipment located in Gahanna, Ohio. We are in search of a full-time Customer Communications Coordinator to join our company immediately. This is an exceptional ground floor opportunity within a growing company!
Candidate must be reliable, detail oriented, and comfortable greeting and talking to customers on the phone and in person. Candidate must also be able to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast paced office environment. Professional verbal and written communication skills are necessary for this position.
The job requirements of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Answering incoming calls on multi-line phone system
• Retrieving voice mail and distributing messages
• Processing sales orders in QuickBooks and distributing paperwork
• Corresponding with vendors daily to retrieve shipment status of orders
• Utilizing the Internet to retrieve shipment status of orders
• Assisting sales team with customer communication and correspondence; including but not limited to: taking orders, assisting with pricing and quotes, gathering vendor pricing, order confirmations, marketing and promotional flyers, pricing guides, etc.
• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
• Office mailing and filing
*Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Prior phone experience
• Data entry skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
