Subject: Teaching Opportunities for Students

Dear Diane Wootton,

Thank you for agreeing to forward the Institute of Reading Development teaching job announcement, which I’ve included below, to the graduate students and graduating seniors in your department.

Each year our teachers express to us how grateful they were to learn about these opportunities to gain valuable teacher training and teaching experience during their summers.

Could you please send me a quick reply to confirm you have forwarded the announcement so that I can anticipate inquiries from your students?

Thank you for your time and assistance.  As always, feel free to contact me directly with any questions; I’m happy to help.

Sincerely,

Abigail
